SarraMurra came to be in 2015, as two friends' dream to justify a thrifting guilty pleasure by turning it into a business. So, what's with the name? Well, it comes from the Romanian "saramură", which roughly translates to 'salty marinade' - basically a mixture of delicious ingredients, which gains more flavour over time. It wasn't supposed to mean anything, but years later, seems very fitting. 😄

SarraMurra is now a collection of hand-picked pre-loved vintage items from  various decades, mostly the '80's and early '90's. Our home-base is in Bucharest, Romania, but we don't shy away from travelling the country in a never-ending search for vintage finds. 

All items are carefully selected, cleaned and disinfected, fixed when needed, ready to be worn the moment you receive them.
